Blogging has always been my hobby and passion. I have my own personal blog since I was in secondary 2, and that is why I was exhilarated when I know that my next assignments will be blog-making. Even though this is just a mere assignment, I take everything seriously – posting contents and pictures in a professional way.

 

The topic of this blog is based on food. Even though not everyone is a foodie like me, food is the basic needs of survival, and I feel that this will benefit many people, as food is essential for every human being – male and female, young and old.

 

Food is something that I grow up with. My family loves food hunting as well. For some people, food is just a basic need of survival, but for me, food is a way of releasing stress, seeking pleasure from the hectic and busy life.

 

I designed the blog in such a way that it looks classy and minimalist, making it look as professional as possible. The marble background is one of the reasons why. It doesn’t look too plain, but still remain classy and monochromatic. I did not opt for any bright-coloured background, and use eye-catching pictures for content instead, as I want my readers to focus more on the content rather than any other part of the blog. Juxtaposing the monochromatic background, I opted for soft pink colour to be the sweet embellishment of my blog design. I feel that those combinations soothe the eye, as well as accentuating the liveliness of the blog. It also makes the blog look less plain and boring. Well, other than that, pink is just my favourite colour.

 

In addition to all that, almost all of the pictures in this blog is taken by either DSLR or mirrorless camera, and edited by Adobe Photoshop. There is only one reason for this – to provide better quality and informative content, as well as increasing professionalism in blogging. Well, hope everyone enjoys my blog :)
